These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Fair Pari online gambling services made available through the website fairparic.com (the "Website"). Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been recorded by the Operator's servers and a confirmation is displayed in your Game or Account history. In the event of a dispute about whether a Bet was placed, the Operator's logs shall prevail, subject to manifest error.

11.2 Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

11.3 Fair Play and Conduct

Prohibited behaviour: You must not attempt to cheat, collude, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated tools, engage in bonus abuse, or otherwise manipulate Games or promotions. Any such behaviour may lead to immediate Account suspension, voiding of Bets and confiscation of funds.

16. Bonus Terms

16.1 General Bonus Conditions

16.2 Wagering Requirements and Use of Bonuses

Exclusions and Limitations

Intellectual Property Rights

Permitted and Prohibited Use

Remaining funds: Upon closure, and subject to AML/CTF checks and any applicable withdrawal limits, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or a dispute. Any unused or unconverted Bonuses will be cancelled upon closure.

19.3 Effects of Termination
